How far in advance should we book?+
Ideally 2 to 3 months before the event. Still, we've delivered beautiful sites in under 10 days when needed. The earlier we start, the more time guests have to RSVP.
Can the site be in several languages?+
Yes, it's one of our specialties. English, French and Hebrew are standard, and we can add others on request. Each visitor picks their language in one tap.
Is our event information private?+
Absolutely. Your site is hidden from search engines by default, and you can add a password shared only with your guests. Addresses, schedules and photos stay between you.
What happens after the event?+
Your site stays online for 12 months. Many families transform it into a memory album: we add the photographer's photos, the video and the guest wishes so the day lives on.
How does payment work?+
Simply. After the discovery call and your design proposal, a 50% deposit books your date; we send a secure invoice you can pay by card or PayPal, wherever you are in the world. The balance is due when your site goes live. No card details ever pass through our website.
Can we update details ourselves?+
Of course. Last-minute room change? New shuttle time? Message us anytime; small updates are always included, usually live within the hour.
